USPAP 2014-2015: Quality | Condition Removed

Condition and Quality have been removed: Although GREAB has indicated that they will not consider condition and quality ratings as "confidential" information, the GSE's have announced that they will claim the ratings as opinions, thereby rendering them confidential for most assignments. Consequently they have been removed from the CompFlo database.
