  • Non-Confidential Data and Images: The nature of CompFlo business is the gathering and sharing of non-confidential data to facilitate research and report preparation for real estate transactions, between member real estate professionals. When you enter submit data into the CompFlo system, the content and images associated with that listing become part of the copyrighted CompFlo database compilation. The use of the content and images is governed by the CompFlo "Terms of Use" and "Confidentiality Agreement" constructed within the data management section and subject to specific terms selected by the user prior to the first data submission.  To access the agreed upon terms see the "option" within the data management section. 

 

  • Required Information ("My Profile")  To become a CompFlo member, you must provide a variety of personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.  In addition we receive and record any information you enter on our web site or provide us in any other way. You may choose not to provide certain information but that may have a negative impact on your use of our services. We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your support or customer service requests, customizing service offerings, and communicating with you. You will provide information when you use our site, request services, purchase services, or communicate with customer support. As a result of your actions, you might supply your name and company name, address, telephone number and personal or company credit card information

 

  • Optional Information:  In order to pay for your store purchases, you may provide a credit card or debit card. In some cases CompFlo will store your credit card information with your approval for the purposes of automatic billing. 

 

  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the CompFlo web site and hosted services. Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; email address; password; computer and connection information, such as browser type, version and time zone setting, browser plug in types and versions, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time; pages of our site web site or locations on our servers that you accessed you viewed or searched for; and the telephone number used to call our customer service number. During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

 

  • Email Communications: We may receive confirmation when you open an email from us if your computer supports such capabilities.

 

  • Cookies: With an objective to improve the surfing responsiveness of our website, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect certain information in order to assign each visitor a random and unique number as User Identification. This helps us to better understand the user's individual interests while using the thus Identified Computer. Examples include delivering packages, sending postal mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order for service. We send the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect information or sell products or services to children under 13. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. The CompFlo website includes links to other websites. All such linked sites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. The moment, you leave our servers, the usage of any information provided by you is bound and governed by the privacy policy of the respective operator of the website you visit. That privacy policy may differ from ours. In the event that the linked website does not have a privacy policy, the onus is on you to contact the website directly for more information regarding the same.

 

Customer Choices

 

As discussed above, you may choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to purchase or use (Company) services and communicate with customer support.

If you choose to visit the CompFlo web site or use our services, your visit or use of services and any dispute arising there from is subject to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use which include but are not limited to, limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and the applicable laws within the State of Georgia in the USA.

 

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use will be amended from time to time. We may email periodic updates unless you have instructed us not to, but you should revisit our web site for from time to time to check for amendments. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you, your account and your use of our services.
